Acrobatic dance combines classical dance technique with gymnastics, and focuses on smooth, fluid transitions between precise acrobatic movements. Dancers will increase their physical strength and flexibility as they learn skills such as headstands, cartwheels and walkovers. Tricks are developed on an individual basis depending on age and ability.
Tumbling class is offered for acrobatic students looking to enhance their tricks. It focuses on training towards aerials, back handsprings, and more advanced tumbling skills.
